The Model LX706 is an Automatic Engine Control Module. The module is used to automatically start and stop the engine,indication the operational status and fault conditions,automatically shutting down the engine and indicating the engine failure by LED on the front panel.

    Main Features:
  • By 32-bit ARM microprocessor, high hardware integration, further improve reliability;
  • Power supply range (8-35)VDC,adapt to 12V or 24V starting battery environment;
  • With power, speed, temperature/pressure, liquid level sensor input ports for digital display of electricity;
  • Able to detect and display the data of generator voltage(V), frequency(Hz), engine temperature( ºC), oil pressure(kpa), speed(rmp), total running time(H), battery voltage(V),fuel level(%);
  • Parameters setting: power voltage, battery voltage, speed, temperature, pressure and liquid sensor;
  • Achieve the flowing alarm or warning: low oil pressure, high water/cylinder temperature, over speed, low speed, emergency stop, fail to start, fail to stop, high/low power voltage, high/low frequency, high/low battery voltage, low fuel level;
  • With ETS and idle control function;
  • 3 kinds of operation: manual, automatic, stop;
  • Set the controller as generator controller(not chose the power voltage input )by the software, adapt to control the water pump, etc;
  • Red light-emitting diode(LED) on the panel to display operation and alarm status;
  • A variety of temperature, pressure, oil level sensor can be used directly and also can self-define parameters;
  • Temperature sensor , oil pressure sensor and and temperature alarm, pressure alarm respectively in parallel to provide the data as well as increase the level of protection;
  • A variety of successful start conditions(speed sensors, fuel pressure, power generator) optional;
  • 4 fixed reply output ports (fuel output, start output, shut down output, idle output);
  • A programmable output, can set the public alarm output, fail to stop output, preheat output or idle control output ;
  • Allow users to change the setting parameters , record in the internal FLASH memory. It won’t lost though the system is power off. All the parameters of the controller can be adjusted on the front panel or via the LINK programming port to set parameters by testing software of the PC(using our company’s SG72 adapter). The PC need only a USB port. The parameter can be set on the real machine with battery or no battery. The USB of PC machine supply working power to the controller for setting up the parameter;
  • Modular design, flame-retardant ABS plastic shell, embedded in installation, compact structure, small size,single-chip control, stable performance and easy operation.
